Front of House Coordinator (Stuart, FL)

Summary

As a Front of House Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining a high level of
professionalism and confidentiality. The Front of House Coordinator will properly onboard
and check out all clients/patients based on the services provided. It is required that the
individual establish effective working relationships with other staff and external vendors and
suppliers. Maintains thorough knowledge of all clinic services and maintains the highest level
of product knowledge. Provides guests with the best possible care throughout the clinic
experience. Understands the ingredients in products and can provide guests with an
explanation of how they work. Communicate effectively with guests, members, and patients
via telephone, email, and face-to-face to promote R3VIVE services and membership
opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

Wellness-oriented team player with a strong work ethic that is customer oriented and KPI-
driven.

Providing education and assistance to guests, members, and patients regarding R3VIVE
products and services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
Educate clients of all modalities and benefits, recommend products we offer to support and
enhance their goals.


Coordinate scheduling, rebooking, cross-booking, and upgrading patients in accordance with
their current care plans, including consultations and follow-up care calls.
Maintains compliance with the clinic’s policies and follows R3VIVE Protocols and Scheduling.
Among these are optimizing member, guest, and patient satisfaction, provider time, and
treatment room utilization.
Acute attention to detail: Obtains, records, and updates patient information in order to
maintain accounts.


Maintaining financial records, recording and collecting patient charges, and filing, verifying,
and expediting third party invoices and fulfillment. Provides support to the business office
inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating supply
needs, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and
coordinating with the office manager in regards to scheduling equipment services and
repairs.


Complies with HIPAA regulations and maintains patient confidentiality.
Engage in shared decision making with administration and other members of the medical
team before and after therapy.

needed).

Educations Requirements

High school or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Environment

This job operates in a medical facility where there are patient care equipment and hazardous
materials. This position requires work in a temperature-controlled environment in an indoor
setting. Exposure to patient conditions and blood-borne pathogens is possible.

Physical Demands

Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in
general, the position requires the following physical activities: Ability to lift a minimum of 2
pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach
frequently; moderate range of body motions.
