If you’ve ever considered cryotherapy, or maybe just wondered what goes on in those giant silver tanks, here’s your chance to learn a bit more about it.
You may be more familiar with cryotherapy than you might think
You may have already experienced cryotherapy and not even realized it. Cryotherapy is a method of treating pain. A localized area is deadened by subjecting it to freezing temperatures. This is a common dermatological practice for removing abnormal skin cells and moles.
How does it work?
In cryotherapy, tissues near the effected nerve is probed. The probe temperature drops to essentially freeze the nerve. This freezing renders the nerve inactive, and results in relief of painful nerve irritation.
What is whole body cryotherapy?
Whole body cryotherapy, or WBC, is a form of cryotherapy where the entire body is exposed to freezing temperatures, ranging from -200 to -300 degrees Fahrenheit. WBC is intended to help the whole body heal. During Cryotherapy, your body is exposed to cold liquid nitrogen, usually in an enclosed tank or room. The treatments are usually a few minutes each.
Why would I try cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy may help rejuvenate hair and skin, and may also help you lose weight by boosting metabolism. It is helpful in treating chronic pain, insomnia, rheumatoid arthritis, migraines, asthma and anxiety. Whole body cryotherapy is also said to help fight against ageing.
Cryotherapy may be a great choice for you, in your quest to live your healthiest life.

REVIVE has been a life saver for me! I struggled with my weakened immune system and lack of energy. Ozone Therapy has been unbelievably beneficial in significantly improving both. I haven’t felt this great in over two years!
I have used REVIVE when I had the flu to boost my immune system and also to help with my fibromylagia. Felt better each time and would definitely recommend!
