Summary
As a Representative of R3VIVE, the Front of House Associate maintains a high level of
professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Having the ability to communicate effectively
with patients as well as a comprehensive understanding of the products and services
available. The individual must be proficient in establishing effective working relationships
with other staff members, as well as external vendors and suppliers, based on the service
received. All guests and patients will be seen and taken care of with the upmost care and
privacy.
Role and Responsibilities
Ensure proper on-boarding of new guests, members, and patients through the use of
waivers, agreements and the creation of client profiles. Including: Meeting and greeting
guests, members, and patients in person and over the telephone.
Assures that patients’ rights are protected by adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining
the confidentiality of their financial and personal information.
Educate clients regarding all modalities and benefits offered by the clinic, and recommend
products that will enhance and support their goals.
Support and contribute to the clinic’s sales performance and operational excellence.
The scheduling of appointments, either in person or by telephone, should be effective in
order to maximize the satisfaction of patients, the provider’s time, and the utilization of the
treatment rooms.
Provides timely notification of patient arrivals, reviews service delivery in comparison with
schedule, and informs provider of delays in service.
Participate in shared decision-making with the administrative team and other members of the
medical team before and after therapy.
Utilize the online booking system in an accurate manner. In addition to providing high level
customer service.
Assist with the recording, completion, and updating of scripts, updating financial information,
and collecting payments from patients; as well as filing, verifying, and expediting third party
invoices and payments.
Monitors stock levels to determine inventory levels, anticipates the need for supplies, places
and expedites orders for supplies, verifies receipts of supplies, and coordinates with the
Office Manager for the scheduling of equipment maintenance as necessary.

suppliers.
The confidentiality and discretion of guests, members, and patients are essential.

Education Requirments
High School degree required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment
This job operates in a medical facility where there are patient care equipment and hazardous
materials. This position requires work in a temperature-controlled environment in an indoor
setting. Exposure to patient conditions and blood-borne pathogens is possible.
Physical Demands
Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in
general, the position requires the following physical activities: Ability to lift a minimum of 2
pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach
frequently; moderate range of body motions.
